1) You can use the Save or Save as menu items to save the result window content in a TEXT only file. The content or parts of it, can be copied and pasted in different applications. 2) Using the Export item of the File menu, the hydrophobic profile and the transmembrane domain predictions for all sequences can be saved in separate TEXT tab-delimited files. Thus, these files can be imported into spreadsheets or word processors for further manipulations. Occasionally, some worksheets will refuse to import them. If this is the case, you can always import the data in a word processor, copy, and paste them into the worksheet. If you want to export the results of a single sequence, you should click on the button Save Data in the corresponding window. 3) Graphic outputs can be saved as a PICT file when the picture is the front window, by means of the Save PICT as… item. They can also be copied and pasted into different drawing applications. Some applications will take the picture as a group. In that case, modifying something requires ungrouping the elements. 4) Printouts can be obtained by means the Print item in the File menu. It always prints the front window.
